Yea, I’m pretty sure it was JFletcho that brought all the lag to the yard.

What server did this happen on?
Edit. Mustang told me in-game it was on EU Objective -01 and also occurred on the Stopwatch Alpha maps server, we will fix this bug ASAP!
So far this issue has been seen on the following maps:
- BatterseaPlant
- Bridge
Please let me know if this occurs on any other maps.
I think maybe it happened on CW as well (50/50 if it’s true or I’m making it up though, can’t quite remember).

I had this issue yesterday on Canary Wharf. Felt like stuttering while walking. Ping was normal, FPS were normal as far as I can say normal after playing for 1 hour.
Not sure which server I was on, but it was an EU objective server.
Thanks for all the information, we’ve identified the cause of the lag problem and fixed it. We’ll be releasing a hotfix asap.

Guy get killed by a bunny hopping shotgunner that is hardly seen…
Last death looks like the guy teleports to the right… I mean how can you track that! (at 0:49 - 0:50) The shooter teleports then shoots the ground and trys to track the guy from left to right…
This is the most frustrating part of the game for me is the smoothness…
I’d be curious to know how the Unreal Engine handles movement interpolation and smoothing when information packets are taking too much time to get the answers from the server. With most of the features being handled server side, I am beginning to feel there might be lower level issues when doing a competitive shooter. I wonder if more could be handled on the client side to improve this (knowing that more anti-cheating measures would be required in this case).

I wasnt trying to be rude or anything in that manner and I am glad this is actually a issue and is being looked into. This makes be throw down my mouse and keyboard and wonder wtf happened and how did I die? Nothing worse then trying to track a small hit box and have what appears to your eye jump. Normally I would have thought it was my PC! Like I said glad this is an issue for everyone!! Haha!
