Well I did my final final final compile, and one of my doors became nonsolid :frowning: So until I figure out what I did wrong now still no map from me :confused:

you’ve prtobably got something like nodrawnonsolid on hidden faces (eg the bottom or top, possibly side).
If so, just paint the whole door with normal textures.
This can happen when a brush uses several shaders with different solid properties - basically it’s pure luck which of these is chosen to apply to the whole brush.

well the thing is, I’m using the same texture on both doors, and one door is solid, the other one isn’t

ametal_m01ns is the nonsolid version of amteal_m01. Guess which version I used?

(who needs a nonsolid metal texture anyway?)

No, just an old P3 450 with 512 MB of ram, a worldspawn lightmapscale of 0.15, a -dirty lightmap stage and a grand total of 5 bounces (then there was no more light to calculate, I went for 8 ) :slight_smile:

LOL. This final release is just little fixes and visual boosts and took a lot long that anyone expected…
Private voting is still underway, but I think that it will never finnish unless I start some evil finger pointing.
But I am too nice guy to do that so… I shall release the voting excel file if anyone has any intress.

Darn. Yeah I only did check my own map and there were still errors. Red_bunker maps textures point in old place ctf_bunker.
I have taken the final offline to fix these issues. I am too darn busy now to fix these… maybe at evening…
