Blackeight, that one looks fine but i am not a techy so i wonder if AMD Athlon 64 3700+ has 2 or more cores.
Are you from Europe or something ?
btw. i really suggest a root server where you have full access to the server (Instead of a web interface) to have full control. A bit of knowledge about linux or windows is also needed.
Anyway. I run 1 normal ET server and one idling etpro server (for little funmatches now and then).
Beside that, i run 2 wiki sites (wich can be resource intensive if the sites gets big) and a card game running.
The only question that still bothers me if the server can really handle 2 full 43 slot servers but it will take some time to get them full and famous anyway.
If you got around 150 bucks to spend monthly, you can allways rent a second server if you would choose hetzner for example. (Hell , even a third one 
)
