Server wont allow me to connect: connection timed out error

Never had any issues connecting to any servers, just installed a new video card (gtx 760) all other games working fine (BF3, RTCW, ET, CS:source). Not sure why it’s not loading but the loading wheel on the bottom right spins for 5 minutes and i can hear the map sounds, however I keep getting “connection timed out” :frowning: :frowning:

the server needs a restart its not your end
