i have votekicks off on my server but there are still votekicks happening
first … idle players start votekicks against them selfs
second… i have seen votes from players started against teamkilling players… how is this working? is this after X times “/p” after a teamkill?

Idle player kick votes are automatic. I imagine they are coded to happen automatically, instead of coded to emulate the button command process of calling a vote.
A player that gets enough /p commands for teamkilling within a certain time frame is also automatically called to kick.
Turning off server votekick, I imagine (I don’t know for sure), probably only removes the ability to navigate through the menus to it.
