Server selection. Max level 5 not grey

Nothing too serious, almost just a pretext to annoy you. Here you see my server search with one server max level 5 which has not been greyed despite my level. I have waited a bit to see if it was a synced problem, refreshed. Still the same. I try to entered it, but I have been rejected due to my level, so it was still behaving properly.

I also had my knife stuck in that position today. Is there any warranty to have it replaced. happened only once

Don’t know, I mean, I used it a lot, and not only to cut papers and open letters as indicated on the notice… Might be the problem.
