this doesnt happens all the time when the servers pack with a lot of decent, high lvl users are on, like evening time.
The unbalance hits you when its really need, like on day time, when you try to play excution (idk about other modes excution is only mode i play) its always going to be stocks of 10+lvl people VS 1~9lvl some crap.
just let you know, im not even going to mention the totally broken “Quick match”, I got this result when I go on the game by “Server Browser”
