Hey guys! 
The tooltip of this skill says something like “With this, you can move the camera around your character to spy for any enemy is coming near to you, while you are doing things like planting a bomb or something.”
The Problem is, I can’t move the camera. The Camera is zooming out and I can see my character from behind, but I’m not able to turn the camera around, which makes this skill useless.
Any ideas? Or do you have to push some special key to be able to turn it around?
