selects folder for loadouts

I think we need one of these so we can keep the cards more organized. We can keep all the nice cards in there and all the scrub cards for melt down can go in another folder.

Yeah, we need something like favorite loadout list for every merc that act as a shortlist in barracks/lobby and protects them from trading up. And probably another list for bad special loadouts that can’t be traded up.
