Selecting all brushes in some area

Is it possible to select everybrush in area i select?

I mean selecting like making one box (brush) and everything what is inside is selected, so i can save it as prefab.

yes. along the bar in radiant there is a button for this. First draw a brush around the parts you want to select (make sure every bit you want to use is inside your brush). When you’ve got a brush surrounding your thing then click the “select inside” button and that will select everything that was inside the brush. once youve done that you can then go to “File” and choose “save selected”.
