Glad to see a new Anti-cheat. Haven’t had the pleasure of testing out the hacker-free game play yet but I will do soon.

Super happy to have this released. It’s not perfect, never gonna be. It’s good to see resources being spent on the development though. Hopefully it will save the user base and bring some of that ~12k back. Everybody needs to realize that it won’t detect all known hacks yet. They’ll need to tweak as they go.

Hello there folks,
I have no idea if this is related to the new anti-cheat system implemented, but since the last update I am experiencing heavy micro stuttering. Also ( perhaps due to the lagging) I have received a kick 2 times now for “Game Violations”. If there is any in-game tweaking ( except for turning off VSYNC) that helps with this, let me know. In case this is related to nexon game security consider this as feedback for the devs ;-).

The security violation is gone. However, people just get kicked from the server now for no reason. Just got kicked like 5 times in 20 mins. Last night it was happening to someone else. I noticed the anti cheat crashed or turned itself off somehow. I guess that’s the problem.

My ping was < 120ms. Bushwhacker with +turret health and +lock on, Sawbonez, and Nader. I was using Bushwhacker but had no turrets deployed.

I just did a clean install of Windows 10 Profession x64 earlier this evening, with only a few programs installed besides Steam, which I pointed to its old location on D: and it discovered all games installed previously (including Dirty Bomb). I don’t even have any third party firewall/AV software installed, only Windows Firewall/Defender that came with Windows 10.

If it makes any difference, I am running Sizer, but this never caused problems under the old anticheat and it does nothing but allow easy resizing/moving of windows, but it does hook into new programs. I’d rather see it whitelisted if it’s an issue than to stop using it because of Dirty Bomb.

Somehow my keybinds were wiped right before I got kicked. (At least F LMB and RMB were.)

I have been kicked from the game twice this morning receiving the following message - “You have been kicked from the game for a security violation.” Not sure what happened, I actually just started playing this game yesterday. Here’s whats logged in the Application log: http://imgur.com/utT4VTO

I’ve been kicked once by the anti-cheat. No biggy as with any new system there are bound to be teething issues. Didn’t get banned and was able to hop back on a server.
If it helps sort the influx of hackers (I’ve not seen a single one since the new AC) I’m willing to take the occasional kick while the kinks are worked out.

@MissMurder Any feedback to how well it is working yet?

I started playing today at 4:30 PM CST today. I was then booted from 4 games straight, once it gave me the security violation message, which I had also received many times before, and wasn’t able to connect to a single game after that. I hope whatever the issue is on SD’s end is resolved by this evening cause I gotta get my fix.

I had it happen to me several times in one day before the August major update…first time it actually happened to me. I haven’t had much time to play in the last few days but hasn’t happened to me really.

Haven’t had any problems with it until today. Now I can’t join any game anymore without being insta-kicked from the game… :frowning:

Hi there,
This info might help; A hacker joined my game and even said “but you will loose right now!:)” and then insta killed us continuously (http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/422564761543907743/4B5BA15A1BE474541A5DC50F05A473778EBBE5C7/).
I then quickly downloaded and opened Fraps to record the hacker but as I opened it I got disconnected from the game and recieved the security violation message. I was disconnected from the game but as far as I can see I wasn’t banned. Hopefully this helps you.

Oh and the guy in the screenshot (DirtySyn) had wallhacks/aimbot and wiped the whole team out continuously with a pistol.
