The secondary objectives mission really needs some fixing. For the mission I had to do 5 secondary objectives in the underground map I blew both doors at least twice but at the end of the match I get credit for ONE secondary objective where I had done at least 4.
So please fix this already very annoying mission.
Imho the secondary objectives mission are some of the worst missions.
Secondary objectives mission
Activating the elevators still counts towards secondary objectives right now, too. Needs some fixing.
As long as the mission exists I hope it’s never fixed :)[/quote]Absolutely. I think if the number of objectives were dropped slightly it might be more acceptable, but I feel like it just promotes players focusing on the wrong thing. Perhaps if it counted your entire team’s efforts towards a secondary objective it’d work better? Or is that too easy?
That is good to know for when I get another one of these missions. They aren’t so bad if they track the progress properly.

I think they should just change it to any objective as opposed to the secondary objectives. It doesn’t make sense for somebody to skip the EV on chapel and go repair the ramp to MG…but people do it all the time so they can get this mission done. If they had it where all objectives count then it would make it easier for everyone.

I find it kinda hilarious when a mod agrees with a game’s bug.
This mission can make the game seem completely based around secondary objectives.

This is just so true.
People always do their missions, so why not just turn it the other way around?
Give them exactly that. Just objectives in general.
This would lead to more players focusing on the objective and not playing team deathmatch.
It’s not rare that people will not pick up the EMP charge from the EV when they spawn.
They’ll just go to the front line and continue fighting while believing that someone will do it.
They would actually start to fight over the objective.
Yesh, need that.
It is fairly annoying to get these missions, but I’m one of the people that uses the elevators to complete it(Didn’t always but found out how much easier it is). This way I get it naturally on Underground by taking the upper route every time I die. But if this were fixed I doubt I’d ever get this mission done again, I never play “Objective Specialist” mercs as they do not suit my gameplay and I don’t want to do the sake of a mission.
I do Crowd Control. I’m like a traffic cop. Just with an elevator. And a use button. And I don’t give out tickets, I…you know what, bad analogy.
I’m sorry Bannon.
Makes sense to me that I have to wait till the bomb explodes to fix it later instead of defusing it. I really hate most of the missions since i have to do things i don’t want to.
That’s the thing in underground almost always I don’t bother doing the side doors and go straight for the main objective. Also opening the side doors isn’t always a good thing, yes your team can get in easier to plant but so can the enemy team.
