Second character and classes unbalancement

I started with a Soldier\Medic character discovering how fast you could grow XP with those classes.

Now I am more expert than the beginning but I find very difficult to get the same results with Tech\Operative, so imho classes are really unbalanced and Tech\Operative are much more frustrating in a fast-paced game like Brink than Soldier\Medic.

Being killed while frozen doing an objective (or mounting a very weak turret) gives no fun at all (and this never happens with Solider\Medic of course). Tech\Operative classes should definetely be rewarded more for what they do.

For example I think these scores are just impossibile in a standard game with Tech or Operative but easy to do with Medic:

Really because when i was playing Operative I got 6000 to 8000 xp… which isn’t all that bad

Medics especially have the lock on most XP in a match. If you toss enough buffs out while playing engie you can definitely come up close to most medics if not pass them XP wise. Operative - the only option is to basically not help your team very much and just use every downed person to comms hack and disguise. In a private match doing this with my Op I can get over 15k XP, but obviously this is a dumb idea if you really want to win a match against other players.

IMO XP is a nice general indicator of match performance if all players are of the same general skill level. But in a match of random people just because you have the most XP doesn’t mean you did the best across the board in the match.

As a medic you get the same XP when you heal someone who’s completely safe and only missing 1 HP as you do when you heal someone that only has 1 HP and is in a firefight. I think it might actually make more sense to provide XP from heals to medics based on amount of HP restored like it works for soldiers and ammo.
