(SD?) The bots outfits

So I’m cool with bots sometimes, but why the hell do they all have to look like me? this is only a recent thing I’ve been seeing where they either all look the same or the look like me… (and by me I would assume this means everyone in their own games.) I hate this by the way it’s making the fact you try to make yourself and individual of sorts a bit obsolete.

(and I even have all of the pre orders and they wear that!)

As per usual, no flaming or game bashing in here please.

Bots ~ Sentient programs. They can move in and out of any software still hardwired to their system. That means that anyone we haven’t unplugged is potentially an agent. Inside the Ark they are everyone and they are no one.We have survived by hiding from them, by running from them. But they are the gatekeepers. They are guarding all the doors, they are holding all the keys which means that sooner or later, someone is going to have to fight them.

It’s all about reducing the FPS. I notice a huge degradation in my FPS if I compare a server of 8 humans versus 8 bots that all look similar against a server that has 16 unique looking human players.

Interesting. Is there a server-side CVAR to force player outfits to look the same way, or at least restrict them to a certain range ?

So today I have been playing games all day that all the characters look exactly the same. and they also change looks and sizes in game. WTF? this is ****ing annoying as hell this needs to be fixed!

Sorry I’m raging but this is super gay.

I do notice something broken about the look of the bots (maybe human players too?):
Sometimes when I finish them off (kill them when they can still be revived) they change their looks and it isn’t a disguise issue, they just have a different look/body type before they die.

Doesn’t happen all the time but it’s really weird.

Kind of relevant, there seems to be a bug where you spawn with a bot playermodel instead of your own custom one. That really annoys me.

Yeah, i’ve had that happen to me as well. I spawn as some one else. Mostly though when fighting bots they’re not me but just Random Player models, and then i mow them down, going and Melee a kill, and suddenly the guy i just killed i some one else. Very random and i’m not sure what causes it. My guy stays the same when he dies, i’ve seen my own body, so i know it happens.
