I really do wish they’d include less RNG. I can completely understand RNG for normal cases, the devs need to make money on better cases, but these events have no possible paid alternatives.
There needs to be some option for this, at the very least. Getting 1000 ranked points in something so horrible and unbalanced isn’t fun at all, especially when you get a merc you hate or even worse, a double.
Maybe some variation of weapon kit that allows players to choose the merc a case will yield?

Implementing a marketplace for card trades is nowhere near as “easy”, but the community seems to yearn for it more and more everyday. I’d post the link to a discussion regarding the topic, but my forum rank is to low. Just look for a thread called “Improving the Loadouts System” on General Chat. I’d really like to hear your thoughts on this.
Oh, and @Mc1412013 Deepest condolences. At least your dupes came from 3 different classes.

Yeah, it’s something that has been talked about for years, the same for your 2nd suggestion. It’s easy in the sense that it shouldn’t have taken this long to implement, god knows how much longer it is until something like it is added into the game.

To be honest I’d like a system where you can trade in cards of a certain rarity, for a specific one that you want.
So, Ranked cards for example, trade in 2 or 3 to get the exact Ranked Card you want. Trade in 3-4 Gold Red Eyes to get the exact Gold Red Eye you want, this way your dupes are not wasted.

I’ve heard that this was DB’s original system, prior to the MOFO Update, so why did they change it again?

Hes remembering the original trade system the wrong way. Originaly it was lead through colbalt only
The higher the rarity the more cards it requred. It was what 4-6 lead to get next rarity and so on and so on. But if u traded 2-4 gold cards(cant remember exact) to get a colbalt, it gave u a random colbalt the rng gods decided to give u. Usualy not one u wanted. There were no kits. And there was never any way to trade up event cards. I think missmurder might have said during a stream it was an idea being thrown around but nowhere near a priority at the time

Over 200 ranked games and maybe 1 ranked case drop. Not really possible to grind em out at elite either as the queue times take forever. It should be changed so that higher ranks give higher rates of ranked case drops. Given that lower ranks get games quicker, this would help balance the time until a ranked case drops.

Wtf now i get to ad a double fletcher to the list
It feels like even thougn there probanly not that Theress got to be some kind of pre determined thing going on that locks a player into specific set of cards
Like i can only get cards for mercs a b and c and the next player only gets cards for c d and f
@stayfreshshoe can you guys please implement some kind of trade system so we can do something with our unwanted event cards preferably 1 curent event card plus a few credits to get a re roll a double merc or something. Could be locked to the event so after event is over cards are locked out of trading that events card.

I kinda doubt it TBH. Not one of my friends have gotten Skyhammar or Vassili, but I’ve seen three rhinos now. And he really isn’t played that much
