The hiding level option has been requested for the longest time.
If they can hide levels during pre-match screen, I don’t see any reason why they can’t give it in options.

Nah you know it’s bad when some people do not realize this actually affects the whole server. When someone leaves because he thinks that my 7x level makes me a FPS demigod, he screws over the rest of his team.
I couldn’t care less about impact of visible levels if it only resulted in some name calling. Heck, I like that aspect. But the cons of visible levels drastically outweigh pros.
I do use levels if I’m suspect that someone is hacking, if they’re 30+ is way less likely than 1-10
let me put star patch or something so people wont mistake me for a cheater.
put 2 star patch if i pay twice because i leveled up too high and get bullied again.

yeah feeling judged by your peers simply because of your level does really suck. I feel that all the time even when no one says anything. It stinks. Not every body can handle the added pressure certain members of the DB community place on levels. Some people just have had too much pain in their lives already. at least from what I have noticed.

Or tzhey could actually do something about the balance system so the are no games with one team being low-levels and the other high-levels.

with player pool like right now its very hard to match make high levels.
but they do pairs double digit levels and make it balance. lately i didnt get any unbalanced match. just the bullying i cant stand.

i know the feels man im only rank 9 and im on top of the boards in all my matches and doing call outs. and i get shit in my chat saying im a smurf or a hacker . its funny when you play the objective at a low rank no ??
I cant remember the last game someone didn’t blame my score on my level. Even if I’m not top score it’s always their excuse. “Level 94 what do u expect mr no life”
Even if my level 15 friends have more kills and a higher score than me, it’s still my fault haha.
They can hide level from you when you’re under a certain level, then people who are new don’t blame high level players, and just play, but high level players can see their team level to help people about strategies, saying they’re not doing something right.
If I see a level 5 not doing his job, I’ll tell him to do something. If it’s a level 40, I’ll try to kick him because it’s a troll.
