SD how about selling bonus pack codes?
I think it is probably some kind of policy that they can’t release Pre-order codes as DLC. Remember, different sellers license/market the Pre-order codes for their retail floor as a marketing and sales generator. So essentially, if you were able to get the pre-order codes by any means other than by winning them/buying from a customer, you’d negate that licensing deal that the retailer had, whether it is Walmart, Gamestop, or Best Buy or whomever. It is part of the way stores are able to get customer traffic and sales. So, you can wish and one hand…

You might be able to win a code. Because the retail price of a game is fixed, the Pre-order bonuses are an incentive for you to pick the game up at a certain seller, and not another one. I am sure that the Marketing Dept in these stores tries to choose the Bonus Pack that they think will drive the most sales. Otherwise, Ebay or some re-seller site like that.
Tell that to GAME my mate picked up the DOOM and Spec ops today. in the uk. 15 days after release .

Bulk preorder then sell the game for slightly less than retail and sell the code for almost pure profit. You can also break it down and sell the physical goods separately for even more profit.

Pretty sure that the Just Cause 2 pre-order thingys were released as DLC after a few months, for app. 80 points.

Played against you again couple days back :stuck_out_tongue: Was fun.

If they put all four packs up for, say, 80 MSP each, I’d love that. I already have Spec Ops and Doom due to my pre-order, and I have 160 points left over from my last XBLA purchase, so…

Codes on ebay.

They can sell pretty cheap; it won’t break the bank to collect a few.

PC fallout doesn’t seem to be anywhere.
