Screen shaking?

I’m not sure how to describe this. But two things happen.

One I suddenly lose my sound (on maps I’ve never lost my sound before), and it is gone permanently (s_restart doesn’t work, it restarts the entire game)

Two, my screen starts to shake more (like earthquake shake) and more as I get to the point where I lose my sound - does that make sense?

It’s never happened before tonight, and tonight it happened twice.

The “shake” and sound loss remain until I restart the game.

I’ll take a video with FRAPS next time it happens.

I see some kind of shaking in the cut scenes, like changing on every frame the perspective from one eye and the other, like in 3D stereo using shutter glasses.

And it happens only in the first cut scene I see, no matter the level I choose.
