My opinion is I would not buy that. Too much cash to spend on RNG.

I agree with that. Way to much RNG for me to want to touch it. Although credits instead of being forced into 2 mercs you already have is nice. Good change from previous packs.

Credit booster still doesn’t count for beans imo, so it is a non-contributer to the pack in my eyes. It might help you get another 50k though with it being 18 hours. So overall you could probably get 3 mercs out of the contents + the 10 cases. Price point seems a bit high if they are trying to advertise it as a deal.

Do you even get the guaranteed seasonal skin case with this pack from buying 10 cases? Or even the 10% chance for them? This is literally the least appealing bundle I could imagine.

Without it being in a bundle it is about $62.50

Yep, it’s terrible value…

100,000 credits = £13.98
10 Elite Cases = £27.99
Credit Booster = £5.79

Saving = £2.77

HOWEVER…

Right now you can buy 10 elite cases + a special edition case for £27.99. So you might be saving £2.77, but you lose out on the extra special edition case (which is worth more than £2.77 by itself) AND the extra 10% chance from each elite case for another special edition loadout.

Why would anyone buy this pack?

That’s the same price I paid for Founders and I got 3 Obsidian skins with 5 mercs I believe. Seems a bit steep for a lot of rng.

The weirdest part is - ignoring the price I can see this being a nice, permanent bundle addition. But it’s clearly holiday themed, so why not throw in some guaranteed cases? Heck, if all 10 were guaranteed cases, the bundle would sell for sure - even if it is ridiculously priced.

When so many things that get released are met with a flood of “…that’s expensive and involves far too much RNG” surely someone must be listening. Is the marketing goal just to keep prices as high as they can get away with for as long as possible? It seems extremely counter-intuitive.
