[Sales] Pre-Order bonus is not showing.

Hi first off, I’m really enjoying Brink. No technical issues whatsoever and the game-play is fun.

I bought my copy of Brink thru amazon before the release date with the Psycho pack advertised. My copy arrive and I installed it only to find there is no psycho pack bonus.

What do I do? How can I get it? I looked very thoroughly through the weapons and apparel section and the bonuses are definitely not there. I looked at downloadable content and there is noting there either.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Amazon should have or should be sending you a separate code to plug into steam to get the dlc. The preorder bonus codes are separate from game codes so that you can obtain all of them if you wanted to.

edit to say, although I did hear that Amazon took down the note about offering the preorder bonus shortly before release, so if you ordered too late maybe they ran out? I’d contact them about it or check your email/spam folder.

I pre-ordered from Direct2Drive and went back to my account page and found a Download link for the DLC. There was a code in there that I entered into Steam (Games > Activate a product on Steam)

UPDATE:

I contacted amazon and they gave me the bonus code. :slight_smile:

Had to enter the activation code under “add games”.

I have ps3 and amazon told me in a email that they would email the code for preorder pack once the ps store came back up. well it’s been up and still no code. anyone know anything about this?

PC, pre-ordered from Best Buy. The code was printed on a fancy, glossy insert inside the game box under the manual. The Best Buy stores are staffed by ignorant chowder-heads but I’ve never run into problems pre-ordering from the Best Buy web site.
