I Trying to Build but i get this error during VIS Phase

************ ERROR ************
safe_malloc failed on allocation of 4880 bytes

This Occurs when the Memory Usage gets higher then 1.9GB since 2gb is the 32bit Limit,

There is no -lomem option for Vis

Which map are you compiling ? Usually that means your vis data is way too high. It really depends on what you did to the map before. Did you mess around with detail and structural brushes ? Are you trying to compile a decompiled version of a map ?

i tried the /3GB Switch, But i still get that Error, Does anyone know of any other Builds of Q3Map2 that allow memory usage over 2gb with Max Visibility Unlocked

The only Way around this Error if i use the '-nopassage ’ command line on the VIS Stage, would that create a performance factor because this map will be used on the server soon,and dont want to create lag for players

It sounds as if all your brushes are structural
