Well, the truth is that it does not matter how much you write and express your negative (or positive) feelings about this game, not much can be done to save the game now… Virtually the whole game’s got to be rewritten and I doubt very much that SD guys are going to bother to do that, they got their money for selling something “effortless” and that’s how things are going to stay. There will be patches that might eventually solve bugs and glitches which were not supposed to be there in the first place but it will be too late.

It’s a great sadness that ET, ETQW, Wolfenstein communities got together once again only to face Raw & unpollished product which makes online competitions not worth bothering… Unfortunately, BRINK can be classified as DOA game, it might last till autumn, but then with release of almight BF3 or COD, it will be forgotten similar to Wolfenstein…

Prove me wrong in 5-6 months :rolleyes:

No, he’s either getting killed a lot, losing a lot, trying to blindly complete objectives by himself, used to owning fools in camping run and gunners, or all of the above.

Yeah that’s it. Because it takes a genius to play fps games, and a super genius to play one where 90% of the time you spend it pressing the F key.

I love how people think objective gameplay takes the likes of Albert Einstein to figure out.

Does it take a genius? Of course not. But, with a little extra thought into what you’re doing and work a good plan…game play fun can really increase. i think this is the point people try to make when they say Brink is a thinking man’s game.

This game is a garabage rip off its like playing a FPS game from 1998 but even worst.

PPL who say they like it just

  1. dont wanna admit they got ripped off so they pretend
  2. Suck at real, realistic skill based shooters like MW2 so they pretend this is good because they can bush buttons and get kills ansd random points (so no one can see that there K/D is like 3/25 lol)

You would be surprised how many people (mostly randoms i play with in my case) who just run the same route time after time and never explore for alternate ways, or people who barely ever use the objective wheel and never bother to repair/rebuild objects to open side routes, guys that dont even switch up body types or classes, people that just worry about buffing themselves (if they even do that) and blow off everyone else usually to just sprint right back into the choas and die, i could go on and on.

There are so many ways to approach situations and objectives but so so so many (mostly randoms not on my fireteam as before) just do the same exact thing time after time rather then doing any of the above things. I have said it before and will say it again. If YOU play the game LAME then the game WILL be LAME. So many of the people complaining about the same few topics can easily fit into those i described above.

It doesnt take a genius, not by any means, but unlike so many other fps games out there now this game does require alot of thinking on the fly to adapt and take control of the situations that arise and change often. Spacing out for a few mins and losing your bearings on the every changing battle can mean winning and losing. Point is that this game requires alot more then almost ever other fps out there in terms of a well oiled up to speed team will always be heads and shoulders above lone wolfing non teamplaying players no matter what the individual skill level is.

BTW. my K/D in MW2 is 2.32 and i STILL like this game. :wink:

No, they won’t. Why would they? They’ll stick to actually doing what the game NEEDS instead of rewriting it to please YOU - fixing the actual problems with the game - lag, graphics issues, etc. (mostly non-applicable to the PS3 version. Lucky me)
