running two mods at a time

I’ve got a new challenge for everyone (including myself).
I want to run two mods at the same time. One is ETPro and another is a mod that does statistics - it adds stuff like traffic statistics and stuff to log files etc. (i’m doing a research paper on gaming)
I’ve experimented for a while and I’m not sure if its possible. Is it??
If so how
or any starting points/suggestions/ideas?
