I don’t have an Android, but I do have an Ipad 2. I think it would be cool to have Rtcw on mobile devices, but I don’t think it would be possible to add custom mods/maps due to the limitations of mobile devices. 
I expect it to be free? Since the guy stated the files are required.
@ronboy Nope, same engine, can be modded Just look at Rockstar Games titles on Android.
Regardless, it would be very difficult to play a first person shooter pc game on a mobile device (small screen, no keyboard/mouse).
What seems like almost exactly game has been found for free on google play for long time. Called RTCW4A (RTCW for android). I’ve tried this and it works ok. As you copy the content from rtcw manually, I don’t see why you could not mod it like you wanted.
Really don’t understand why somebody redid it thought.
