(dvs1313) #1

Hello everyone at splashdamage, im dvs…the |ETO| clan leader blah blah blah I beleive some of you may have read a thread a long time ago almost a year ago I assume about The first zombie mod for enemy territory…Which I soul heartidly created but it is now being claimed as another persons work with some knock off pssh.

Anyway, I need help here. I have read the thread on converting rtcw models into w:et the only problem is the program provided in the original archive .zip does not work apparently.

I need some help so if anyone at all could possibly just either A. Tell me how and point me to where a working program is available.
B. Convert the models them selves and send them to me

Any help would be much appreciated.

Just to be much more clear I am talking about the player models, the super soldier, etc. zombies etc. Nothing more just player models.

Not allowed (copyright).

If you want to take the risk search for Lightray3D which can save W:ET playermodel format.
It’s not free but lowcost shareware (as I remember right it’s around 30,- US-$ or €).

no need there is actually a tool that will convert rtcw models and animations into those used by ET. Although its quite tricky and can be tedious to use. AFAIK it was written by a modeler not a programmer so the interface is a little unconventional. although it is explained in the documentation so i would surgest re reading it more thouroughly

A download link or at least the name of the tool would probably be helpful.
