what about a merc that has the speed and health of like bushwhacker, and his special ability was to go the same speed as proxy for x amount of time? he would have an smg also.
just want some thoughts on this

Pretty sure his cloak doesnt have a speed burst.

activating the cloak definitely makes you move faster
