Rotate tool (1.4) and compiling (1.5)

(Destroy666) #1

Hi,
I tried to add a rotated object in GTK Radiant 1.4. I used rotate tool and the effect was really bad. Then I used GTK Radiant 1.5 and it was OK. But when I compile with q3map I have missing brushes that I added in GTK Radiant 1.5.
When I open map with GTK Radiant 1.4 and save, brushes aren’t missing, but rotated brushes are cut again.
How to solve this problem?

rotate what u want in 1.5, DONT EVER TOUCH IT AGAIN, compile.
or i’d suggest making a ase model, then rotate (if its not too complicated to clip)

Well, but the problem is that when I compile map without saving map in 1.4 brushes that I added in 1.5 don’t appear.

This might be because of the long coords of the brush, like 0.4629534-e10. Just guessing, though…
