How can i make a roof for a building? Like the ones in Venice map… i am trying to make one using different ways, but whats the best one?

Make a brush and put a roof texture on it. try the town_roof directory.
But…are you trying to do somthing specific? There are plenty of brush building tutorials around, check the stickies, search the forum, google search…

If you wnat to know how tu cut the brushes: use the CLIP-Tool (Shortcut X).
NOTE: This is only one out of many ways to create a roof (maybe not the best).
