Hi Nexon,
It has come to my attention that I have not received week 3 event case from the start of the week. Usually, I received every other event case drop for other weeks on the first day. I am not sure if it is a bug or some kind of other issue. Today is the last day of week 3 event and I still have not received a free event case. This is the Rouge en Vogue event and I will attach a screenshot for proof.

Trolling pretty hard huh?
Event Cases are not a guaranteed drop, only with a large stack of boosters does it come anywhere near guaranteed.
You’ve just been very extremely lucky, because I have had to spend 250.000 credits to get the same amount of drops you got for free.

I was not intending to troll, if you thought that, and I am new here. I thought that the game gives out free event cases when each 4 new mercs are displayed on the phone. Also, I thought it was a bug because my friends received their event cases for all 3 weeks on their first game for each new week.

A lot of us aren’t getting squat, despite sinking 50 hours a week into this game. So hearing the a newer more casual player, and his friends, get free cases every week.
That’s just, salt in an open wound, man.
Nexon’s handprint seems strong here to be honest. Judging from other titles, they do know how to milk monies. I wouldnt be surprised if the code deliberately gives more probable “free” event case for those without boosters at the start of week in order to attempt to hook em up to buy elites when they cease getting anything later on. And then again ones that bought booster(s), less than 10 are already catched and well… they can get nuthin’ until 10 so they get frustrated and buy elites 
I have had 2 boosters since day 1 of the event. I have earned probably 7000 certs from games and missions. No cases, so I’m just gonna buy the trinkets and culprit cases, sticking with the sure things. RNG? More like RNaG, cus there is salt in it.
