Based on those pics, I think Flash should release a final final version to address those minor things. I know it doesnt affect the gameplay, though, would the expert mappers usually release another version to fix those types of issues?
I am working on them plus one other issue I have found.
I dont want to rush another version out though I am goning to wait a few days and make sure that all of the issues are found.
I could smugly say that expert mappers don’t make those kind of mistakes, but I’d be lying 
Personally I’d not release another version for these few errors - as you point out they don’t affect gameplay, and it’s better to let a few issues slip through than add yet another version into the mix.
I’d say keep pointing them out though - so that he still benefits from people’s feedbacks and can incorporate the things learnt into his future maps.

Well, Im certainly no expert mapper. But I did make a missstake when I released a alfa/beta-map once. I set the respawntime to 2 sec. Yes.
Why? Well, during the devlopment, I set it low on purpose. So I could quickly respawn when I tested stuff in the map.
I forgot to change it back to 20 sec.
What happened?
My kid, who’s eleven, saw this in time. And I was able to abort the release. Phew. It was very very close, that I released the erroneous map.

EDIT: River War V2 looks cool. I will dl and test tonite.
