This discussion writer astoundingShellfish’s main point wasn’t whether Fragger is bad among the Assaults, but all the others.
Why should Fragger only be compared with other Assaults, when you are discussing about how well is he performing?

Did the 1000 point combat XP in one OBJ match last night actually. But that was only because it was a fairly well balanced match that lasted much longer than normal. Which of course increased my kill count due to the extra time. It happens from time to time. The 750 credit one is pretty easy to consistently get in one go but the 1000 is a lot more challenging and is mostly going to be left up to the luck of the draw in regards to match balance allowing the game to last long enough.
Also, I had a feeling Fragger would feel fine and he does. You now have nades to use more consistently but you can’t double up on them to break into certain areas. So he’s nerfed in that regard but but it is also a buff since you’ll almost always have access to one quickly.
I just had an objective mode match where I had easily gotten 11,000 XP as Fragger, the grenades are perfectly balanced if not BETTER, just ask the two groups of people that I obliterated at the end of the round(I literally got two back-to-back quad kills essentially breaking their entire defense). Fragger is still an outstanding merc, these changes are neither a nerf nor a buff.

You can also compare apple and orange because they are in same group called ‘fruit’ which those mercs are in the same game called ‘Dirty Bomb’.
Also, if you are going to discuss which one is more delicious, it doesn’t matter how much different those two fruits are, because those two are FRUIT.
Second example is a totally wrong. In this game, medics don’t only heal, fire supports never only just supply ammo like goalie only protects his ball net. and yes, I know goalies can also go out of the fields, but this is just a very unique case.
This thread was talking about ‘Is Fragger’s performance that bad after the patch?’ so I was able to compare, including other merc’s situation nowadays.
Let’s just pretend you failed any kind of subjects’ grade in school. No matter what kind of subject you got a F on, teacher is gonna think you are a very poor student. Same as that. Fragger is still getting A + in Assault class, and both guys are may be D or C- in Recon class.
Thus, I can judge the overall performance and current situations, no matter what type of class the merc is in, right?
I never said “Phantom and RedEye sucks because compared to Fragger, those two can’t do what Assaults can do” you know.
So how is it weird from what I said?
