Rhino's Minigun

Does Rhino have a limited turn speed when using his minigun? I know he has a slower move speed.

If not, should he?

I don’t think he does…least nothing I’ve noticed…I know there have been times where I’ve been able to turn around and gun someone down who tried to get behind to knife me to death.
