I’m dividing this up into what i know is happening and what i think is related
what i know:
if you activate rhino’s special (minigun), you cannot perform special actions (such as repair or melee). the animation still displays. i stabbed a player 5 times with my melee weapon and it did not kill him, even thought the audio and animations were such that i clearly stabbed him.
What i think is related:
I spent the rest of the match unable to deal damage to players in any way other than bushwack’s turret. i don’t know if i tripped a “fair play” detector by hitting allies with the minigun too much (is this present in dirtybomb? i don’t even know if Friendly fire is a thing yet as i am a new player.)
This was on a match in stopwatch protecting the EAV.
