The Mary Sue recently did a review of Dirty Bomb and interviewed Neil Alphonso (the lead designer) and Edward Stern (the lead writer) of the game! I didn’t see any posts about this and while I highly doubt many people here regularly follow that website (I don’t, I came across this due to a friend), I still thought it could be of interest to fans! While it does talk largely about diversity between the characters, the review is honest and it does shine a light on the thought process behind creating the mercs and their backstories.
