As of posting this, there’s 6 threads on the front page of the Technical Supports section from different people all asking for the same thing - refunding credits spent on characters before buying the Ultimate Starter Pack.

I suggest making a dedicated/stickied thread regarding this issue as it’s clearly an issue many potential buyers are having.

Just now I registered and submitted a support ticket to refund Vasili and Proxy for the starter pack to come here and find out that its hopeless :neutral:

Although I guess they have more important things to put their time into with the immense growth of the steam player base, there indeed should be a dedicated thread for mercs refunding (and they should publish the thread in game for all the players that aren’t going nuts about it on the forums).

Its silly that there is no information about refunding with the starter pack available and all the players that want to buy it but won’t to not throw that 40k credits 3 days hard core grinding for nothing ! (Or maybe I’m just wrong and I can’t find it…)

Steam summer sale coming soon (June 11) and the longer I get no response from @MissMurder or @GM-Radrodo, the more I am inclined to take my 30$ elsewhere and leave a negative steam review due to bad support!

Refunds have been given out in the past for this same thing. It is quite possibly because they have much larger priorities to work on atm and only have so much time in a day.

What you do with your money and time is up to you.
