When I open the game now I get an invalid_grant error claiming I’m banned for using third party game mods. I’m guessing that this is because I opened the game once a couple of days ago with AutoHotKey running in the background, your anti-cheat doesn’t seem to like that. It booted me from the game before I could join a server and I figured that’d be all it did, once I closed it I could play again fine. Today it says my account’s suspended though, and I can only assume that that’s what’s done it. Can I get it unbanned? It seems a bit absurd that you’d get banned for once having a program that could maybe be used for cheating but also has plenty of legitimate uses running while you’re not even connected to a server.
If that’s not what the problem was I’ve got no idea what else it could be. Maybe you could do some weird things with Logitech Gaming Software (I guess with its macros you could probably do pretty much all the same things autohotkey can do), but surely it can’t ban for something that common. Other than that my only guess would be that I think I once had the ShooterInput.ini file open while I was playing - if the game tried to edit that and windows had it locked could that make the game think something was a bit dodgy? If that’s not it, I’m out of ideas.
