Resolution Bug

My lobby screen resolution is normal.
Everytime i go into a game it goes into 4:3, if i try to change the resolution it stays locked on 4:3 or it says i have to restart my game. I have a modified Shooter.ini file. I verified the files of my game on steam. I asked to NukePizza who also said it happened to him but he couldn’t remember how he fixed it. Any help ?
