i’m quite sure i am about to miss tons of insights playing rigiously with one faction. i do realize the comparison is sorta off, but nobody in cs:s went just for terrorist due to the looks of arctic avengers, or elite crew. top notch players were domination on both sides.
my point is u miss half the game and lack strategic knowledge on maps if you boldly stikc to one side…

tho, i do dig the style of the resistance, and feel more intrigued by their robin hood story…

i voted on what looked coolest, of course i am not going to stick to just the one side.
that would be half the game lost.

You only really stick to one side if youre playing the game in story mode. And even then you get to choose to replay it on the other side.

Whereas if youre playing stopwatch - you always switch.

I can see favoring one side over another in a game like ETQW where the weapons and vehicles are different, but they will be the same for both right? To me it’s more about liking to attack or defend. I would rather attack, so I vote for which ever side happens to be attacking at the moment :slight_smile:

Unless there are good counters to steamrolling I’ll probably find myself defending all the time, just like in ETQW. Nothing worse than maps that last five minutes, well maybe genocide, but it comes close.
