Request for Android Version

Kind of an obvious thread but well just so it’s out there and said.

Vote if you want an android version. Comment if you want to state the obvious reasons why.

As fun list your Android Version, Hardware and Resolution if you don’t mind.

I’ve got an android phone with a much larger screen then my little iPod Touch… defo needed to get Android… then I’ll be playing hardcore for sure!

From what I gathered it’s rather the difference between the brands than the difference between the tablet and phone that are an obstacle.

Not really interested in the technical challenges. Poll is there to collect numbers and the options (being compulsory) are there to see what platform people have Android on.

The more interesting poll would be the android version though. In regards to screen size support we’re already covering the common setups anyways and the aspect ratios don’t change that much between iOS and android.

I don’t disagree that would be more useful to you (and interesting for everyone) but I doubt you’re going to get much useful data out of this forum. Simply expressing a want for an android version has drawn 8 votes in 24 hours. :slight_smile:

I dont believe they will ignore Android. I would like to have an Android version, but i preffer to sit down and watch things happens while i play “Legends of Grinrock” a awesomius RPG i received as a gift from a friend! Its 2012 Eye of Beholder RPG game for 386 DX 40 Mhz!

I sugest a game like “Grinrock” as the next tittle!

I don’t own an android device but I support the initiative. More devices means larger player pool / more opponents.
Btw: have you seen Hero Academy (which is a similar style game by robot entertainment) is coming out on PC?
Hopefully if RAD soldiers takes off then it’ll get the same sort of treatment? We can but wait and see…

If the Android version is something like Brink for PC, i preffer it not to be released.
