Reported hacker, nothing done.

I reported a cheater twice, with evidence, taken directly from screenshots on their own steam account. I’ve reported them on steam for weeks, reported them on nexon report function twice. So far, they have NOT been banned. This user is clearly cheating, and the evidence is undeniable. So far, nothing has been done about this user and they are still playing the game. This is unacceptable. What would the press think of hackers weren’t being banned when reported with clear cut evidence? How damaging would that be to Nexon’s future?

By screenshot do you mean they accidentally screenshotted their wall hacks and uploaded them?

Essentially, yes. They have basically in game screenshots of themselves hacking in-game, in a public profile, for all to see. I’ve reported them thoroughly twice through the nexon support function, with links to both their account and the screenshot directly. Both reports were closed within 3 days each, and the person last played today.

So I can only conclude that no one is actually getting banned from reports. I know I reported everything correctly, filled the proper fields properly, etc. Basically, all the trouble, for no result.
