how is it that certain people it wont let me report them, and its always the players going 20-0 on execution

well, if you press shift+tab (as default) at the bottom you can see button “players” and doing that you can see profiles, but just contact support and report that in bug section

What level are you?

Were you in a lobby? You can only report when in a match.

It’s a known bug. Sometimes you can’t open the steam profiles of random players.
Edit: Happened to me aswell, and happened to someone else on me. I already did report it to Jordy back in the days.

U can open “view all players” and then click “recent games”
