Replay timescale keybinds

Hallo!

First of all, God bless you for Enemy Territory. I can’t even begin to express how much I love this game…

My question is about binding keys to change the timescale when viewing replays. I like to use a program called Fraps to record my replays as I watch them, for making movies of the best parts of matches (yes, I know about AVI record, but I prefer Fraps). Anyway, I like to go into slow motion for the killer fragging moments, but I have to do “/timescale 0.1” or whatever in the console. Using the KP left/down arrow keys does not work as stated in the replay menu. I’ve tried binding keys to various timescales, for example: “bind x timescale 0.1”, but it doesn’t work. I have found scripts online for this very purpose, made for Quake 3 Arena, which use that very syntax, but they do not work with ET. I can only assume that binds do not work while viewing replays (for example, you can’t vsay during a replay, of course). Is there any way to do this? I’m stumped as to why it’s not working…

Danke!
