So I was thinking, it would be cool if we could rent a merc for an amount of gameplay time (same sort of timer as credit boost). The rotation is nice to test some mercs, but it’s annoying having to wait for the merc you want to try to show up, and it’s even more annoying when you spend money on a merc, then decide you don’t like him.

patience is a vertue and getting 50K isnt really hard to get (i remember seen a guide in steam showing the ability to get proximatly 10K in one day so it would be 5 days for a merc)

@AnotherGuy I don’t think free rotation is good at all, it makes the game less fun sometimes. In games, I mostly play against mercs on rotation or maybe instead I would have five of the same merc just because he/she happened to be on rotation. It depends on the mercs in the rotation but still.
Maybe there could be a limit on the number of free rotation mercs on each server, or just a different system that allows new players to try out other mercs.

I disapprove of the idea of merc rentals. I suggested gun rentals for Ballistic back in 2013 (+/- a year) and they ended up making everything only available via renting the stuff.
