Yes it’s a well known problem (reported several times on beta forums).

Could this be an unsolvable problem?
I’m asking because I’ve been playing a lot of Battlefield 3 lately (there was an unmissable sale) and although it’s a different engine I get those ‘mini freezes’ there as well.
