Reload bug

I’ve been getting a bug a couple of times a day where my shotgun ‘pretends’ to reload, and infinitely cycles loading shells into the gun without actually doing it. I have to swap weapon to get it to do it properly, every time this happens I basically die since I expect a loaded gun and then realise I’m without ammo for yet another 3s.

I have no idea if it happens with other guns or not.

So this is starting to happen a lot more, and on SMGs now.

I get it sometimes on the Anuhld shotgun. Had it once with the SMG-9

I think it might actually be related to packet loss. Like if you reload right as you’re dropping packets it doesn’t go through but the animation starts client side.

Think it’s this because it started happening a LOT when my internet was pooping itself earlier. Strange that this is the first game I’ve seen it happen in though, it’s not like I haven’t had packet loss before.
