is the UKS 12 or 13? cos i Saw it on the first page when i type in brink release date as 12 and that Was “confirmed” and AUS was 13. but on amazon or Game.co.uk it is 13. what is it?
Release date, confused
NA May 10, 2011
EU May 13, 2011
AUS May 12, 2011
but the site said otherwise.
And Splash, the developers says it’s the 13th for us in the EU/UK
Who are you gonna trust? Those who sell it, or those who put out the legal street date and made the game?

nonono amazon says 13 what do splash say? also, release date is entirely up to the stores, they have the game in stock now more than likely
Forget the site. The dates I just gave you are accurate. You can also go to http://store.steampowered.com/app/22350/ and whatever time you see on there, is the right one.
Then what is the confusion, mate?
Yes, they got the shipment of games, but they’re not ALLOWED to sell the games LEGALLY before the date they have stamped the game under has come
So selling a game that is to come out the 13th on the 9th is illegal
Anyways…
EU/UK: 13th of May
US: 10th of May
You do realise that there isn’t a magic power that suddenly allows the stores to sell it on the correct date right?
If you pre-order you should get it on the Thursday 12th, UK. Depending who you order with of course.
He’s talking about stores shipping early to match the release date - so they can guarantee it’s not coming to your doorsteps the 14th
The official date is still 13th of May, damnit!
The retailers have gotten their shipments of BRINK already, it was done and ready for shipping days, maybe weeks ago
And since stores get the games before the release date, a copy or two might slip away, if you know what I mean? This is not rare, it apparently happens alot
But selling a game before the given street date is not legal nor allowed, yet some do it for the extra cash in the pocket
