Reinstalling Windows - Retrieving Brink Serial Number

Fellas,

I’m about to make the jump to 64-bit Windows 7. Can someone tell me where in the registry I might be able to find my Brink serial number? I’m unable to locate my packaging.

Why do you want to know your serial number? Steam knows that you purchased brink, so you can install it again.

I’m able to reinstall it to the PC without first having my serial number? I’m asking because I have other Steam games for which I no longer have the serial number ready. For obvious reasons, I’d like to be sure.

I am sure you can reinstall it without a key. Did it myself 3 times.

once you log in to Steam you should be able to download and/or install any Steam games you have

I recently reformatted and replaced Win XP with Win 7 64 bit, as mentioned above just download Steam, login to your account (obviously you need to know what your user name and password are) and you can then download all your Steam games again, no problem.

Once Brink has been redeemed in Steam it will remain in your Steam library and can be downloaded to different locations provided you log in on the same Steam account.
