Needs to have regening health, unless you want everyone to play medic, they are already the easiest class to get the most points with.
You don’t regen to your max health at least. I’m not a fan of regening health, but i honestly don’t think it would work very well without it and how they have done it is good.

The mechanic works perfectly in the context. Just because it isn’t usually well implemented in most generic titles, or done so with little imagination or thought, doesn’t mean it’s badly used here.
Medics can over-heal which keeps them useful. The pace of the game would be thrown entirely if health didn’t regenerate.
