Regarding the DLC at Steam

So ,it was on sale for 20,99 cents(in euros) ,and i was going to buy it ,but apparently the sale ended at the same minute ,not allowing me to buy it ,since i wanted to supp the game and devs. Now i cant afford its original price,is there a way to get it back to 20,99 ,since only few minutes passed ? I really wanted to buy it… (sorry if its not the correct place to post this)

Well, it was on sale for quite awhile(Something like 10 days) at that price, so I doubt there will be too much sympathy on the problem you are facing. The whole once you grant one exception you have to grant them all type of thing.

Your best and only chance is to submit a ticket to Nexon support and see what they say. I doubt they will go back to the old price as it was advertised when the sale was ending in advance. :confused:

i only gathered money today ,since im still a student and have college to pay etc… hard to get money on my own if i dont have a job , but i guess you’re right , guess i wont have it… ty for trying to help ! :frowning:

and how do i send a supp ticket to them regarding this issue? Ive seen the supp options they have ,none covers this issue , even tho its 99% certain they cant help me on my end D:
