Regarding South AM servers

Well this guy made a post regarding South American servers
Well, he posted in Portuguese, but the forums only allow English, however, that’s a pretty serious problem so I decided to translate the post so you guys can keep track of what’s happening

“Everyday I play this game I see South AM servers disappearing, I don’t know if this is a problem with me, but yesterday there was a Objective server, and now it’s not there any more!
We from South America don’t get any love from you Splash? I love to play this game, but if the servers keep disappearing, how are we suppose to play?
(If it’s a bug in my game, help me to fix please ;-;)”

Ok, my point of view, there are serious problems with the server managements on South America.
I think that we have 9 servers here (not including Max Level servers).
One of them is Stopwatch 7v7
One of them is Objective Min Level 10 (which almost nobody join because they are afraid to get rekt)
And the other SEVEN are execution (The most hated game mode, sorry but, most of people (including me) only play execution because of the Missions)
Anyway… most of the times that I want to play Stopwatch, or I wait 20 minutes to someone free a slot. Or I play with 150 ping.
Objective, there’s only one option, play with 150 ping…

From what I know, Nexon take cares of the servers, since you’re from Nexon, could you please take this message to someone who can solve this problem?

Hohoho True that. I live in Brazil due to a long term business trip, and I always play at ping around 150. I sometimes, like once out of 10 times I search, see server(s) in South America for objective or stopwatch.

And yes, I dunno why but too many south american server appear in execution mode. I hear so many portuguese so I guess it’s all Brazilian that doing this.

I just wish I could play objective or stopwatch with lower ping…

BUT THE REAL PROBLEM I WANNA SAY IS THAT I CAN NEVER CONNECT TO RANKED MATCH. I tried with eu, us server, but it never connects even i wait like 3 or 4 minutes. Is this normal? please let me know. Thanks.

We can’t play Ranked is that the closest server is the North America one, however it’s located on US WEST, instead of US EAST, 200 ping instead of 150… :confused:

Funny because I used to play competitive match before it turned into ranked match. I’m level 9 by the way.
